Silicon Alley Sports is behind the Silicon Alley Golf Invitational (SAGI), Silicon Alley Paddle Tennis Invitational, Silicon Alley Sports Pickleball Invitational, and the Silicon Alley Tennis Invitational (SATI), founded and run by Darren Herman.  We've been covered by and featured in newspapers and websites, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Business Insider, Betabeat, and more.

Silicon Alley Sports aims to unite entrepreneurs, founders, executives, venture capitalists, angel investors, and industry supporters outside of the urban jungle we affectionately call Manhattan and do so in a manner that's well-run, high-quality, and exclusive.  Silicon Alley Sports raises money for local and national non-profits by donating all proceeds over and above the actual cost to run the events.

Silicon Alley Sports was started in 2004 with eight digital media execs looking to network with each other outside the city. We played 9 holes, grabbed lunch, and all found it awesome. The next year, we came back and doubled the size as everyone vouched for and brought a guest. The next year, we did it again. And again. Now, Silicon Alley Sports touches 100+ player participants each year.
